Pianca creates furniture systems and occasional furniture for residential contexts – bedrooms and living rooms – and for the contract market. Our approach to design aims at customising products and places to meet the needs of people whose lifestyles are based on flexibility, mobility and change but who still want to feel at home no matter what. Our respect for the history and founding values of our brand – our territory, our Italian culture, family and genius – and our desire to make authentically sustainable products, make appreciating the human aspects of our company second nature to us, resulting in our ability to blend our rational side (thinking) with our more emotional and empathic side (loving).
Woody features clean-cut, minimalist geometric shapes and astounding proportions. It can be all of three metres long without needing to be propped up along the way or interrupted. The top is made of a single plank with 45° bevelled edges. The straight, slim, solid wood legs slot into the top following its inclination. Woody’s rigorous, minimalist design can be custom-sized to the centimetre.
Dynamism and tension. The distinctive, unusual geometric details of the solid wood Enea table enhance its design and material. The top has a bevelled edge. The unusual design of the covering allows wood grain to wrap around every surface with textural and visual continuity to enhance and highlight the folded effect and apparent plasticity of the surfaces. Created from a shape clad in wood veneer, the table legs are produced using a technique similar to folding, resulting in a distinctively iconic leg shape, enhanced by the wood grain.
PIANCA Fushimi Console - The simplicity and harmony of these architectural elements so dear to Japanese culture struck a chord with the designer, who has chosen to echo the structure, traditionally formed of two vertical columns supporting a horizontal post on top.
Strength and flexibility, solidity and lightness, simplicity and creativity. Philippe Tabet has designed a collection of casegoods for the bedroom which inhabits the overlap between opposing natures, with distinctively crafted contours and a combination of wood and glass.

Elegant, minimalist and refined style feature in the Norma sideboard. The smart, sleek design has a very modern, refined appeal. Surface continuity is one of Norma’s most important features. This is where we got the idea for wrapping the entire structure with one continuous panel, which creates a luxurious monolithic effect.
