CANADIAN SHIPPING OVERVIEW

There are three types of shipments or deliveries that can take place:

1. Parcel Service: This is any small to mid-sized box that can be shipped by UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
2. Curb-side Service: Typically, these items are shipped using a freight service and will arrive on a pallet. These items will not be brought inside the residence.
3. In-Home: For furniture that requires installation or assembly.

PARCEL SERVICE:

• We offer Free Shipping across Canada on all orders over $99. This applies to all items that can be shipped by a Parcel Service such as UPS, FedEx, or Purolator. This mostly applies for accessories, lamps, most carpets, and small furniture. Some exceptions may apply due to the complexity and fragility of product. A flat $20 shipping fee will be charged for any order under $99, a flat $40 fee will be charged to ship to remote regions for orders under $99.

CURB-SIDE:

• We only offer this service for remote locations for which we cannot offer in-home or white glove delivery.

ROOM OF CHOICE:

• This option is reserved for Montreal.
• Delivery into customer’s room of choice.
• Excludes unpacking or debris removal.
• Excludes assembly of items.
• A scheduled appointment with the consignee with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operation (M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:

• This service is only offered in select locations
• Two-person delivery to consignee location
• Items delivered inside the home and placed in the room of choice
• Items delivered to main and/or second level (or basement)
• Installation does not include wall mounting or electrical installation.
• Items unpacked and packaging debris removed from consignee's premises.
• Lighting that may require installation by an electrician will not be unboxed, though we do recommend opening and inspecting the content.
• A scheduled appointment with the consignee with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operation (M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

*Furniture that requires installation or assembly or that is heavy to handle must be delivered with a White Glove Delivery service.

AREAS OF SERVICE:

Kelli Shop currently offers shipping to unrestricted addresses only. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes, hotels, freight forwarders or international shipping addresses.

If you are advised that your desired shipping address is restricted for a specific item, unfortunately delivery is not possible at that time.

REMOTE DELIVERY AREA SURCHARGE:

We will make every effort to fulfill your order based on our standard Free Shipping policy; however, an additional surcharge is often required for delivery to remote locations outside of major centers. This is due to a Delivery Area Surcharge applied by some shipping companies. We will always contact you, prior to applying this shipping surcharge and prior to charging your credit card.

LEAD TIMES:

Kelli Shop does not keep inventory on products. Lead times and delivery dates are good faith estimates only and are quoted in "business days" this does not include weekends and statutory holidays. Manufacturers may indicate longer than stated lead times after orders are placed, subject to demand and availability. Please note that most manufacturing in Europe shuts down during parts of August and December each year, as a result these extra few weeks must be taken into account when calculating lead times.

STORAGE FEES:

In Montreal area, we allow 30 days for you to accept your order without fees after which you will incur a storage fee of $100 per item per month (each 4 chairs is 1 item). All other areas are subject to storage fees on day one.

We want your experience with us to be as easy and painless as possible so if you are ordering large furniture items, we highly encourage you to opt for a white glove delivery service, so you do not need to stress yourself out trying to lift or assemble things.

U.S.A. SHIPPING OVERVIEW

 All charges are settled in Canadian dollar - As a U.S. consumer, you may be charged customs fees and tariffs, you will not however be charged any sales tax.

NORMAL DELIVERY

All orders that require shipments which cannot be handled by a Parcel will be subject to an additional shipping charge. We will contact you shortly after your order is placed with the additional freight charges - or you may contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order.
